We should have a forum for comics. like in were the graphic arts is since its a story but its art to. but just my suggestion

If it is requested by Popular demand then maybe, we don't want to add a forum and no one is going to be going in it.

Perhaps create a poll in the site news section and let the members decide if they want one?

It would be better to see whether they would USE one, not whether or not they WANT one.

I don't think it would be needed. A comic forum used or not, a comic is basically art, yes? Then just post it in the main arts and design forum. No real need for a separate forum.

I'll give you that. And I can't imagine there are too many comic writers in the forum.

If there was comic righters I'd be reading theme. It would be cool to have comics of mario or sonic that would be cool

Well to me, I think a comic would be a great idea, but it has to be consistent. Like we would need main characters, supporting characters, etc as well as a set time that it is updated. Webcomics are very popular, but we need someone who is dedicated to drawing and doing all the design as well as others who can write the scripts. Trust me that is alot of work, we could have random user work but those are usually frowned upon because of poor quality, among other things. I would love to start a WiiUsers comic strip but again, we would need a very good artist (probably more then one) and some great writers, who would dedicate themselves to the project.

I think we could have users submit things, but only use it if it's a high enough quality and fits in with the comic. I could help out every once in a while because I'm actually really good at making comics, to be honest, but my schedual (how do you spell that?) is so varied I couldn't really commit to anything, which I'm sure is the same for alot of users. That's why I think user submitted content could work....

@ everybody else: I agree that we would practically need a set staff, and somebody to completely commit to it like Jules committed to podcasts. We might have a requirement like once every week theres a new update to the comic or something to make sure the readers are interested still. That is assuming this happens, which it hasn't been confirmed/deconfirmed.
