Yeah. The rankings & if you go to Edit Options you'll notice that you can change the skin of the site to suit you.

What I want to know is how do you change your title? I see Jarrett, Sora, Kiba, & Jules have their title then rank. Is it the rank or being a Admin./Mod.?

Yes, there are many updates that the Administrators are trying to achieve as of now, and if you notice the special usertitle that is directly under your custom usertitle, that is only one of many.

We are trying to assure that everyone has an enjoyable experience whether it be in the Forums, at the arcade, or even just chatting with a friend.

Things will be completely sorted out, as it was announced in an earlier thread and the one thats located in Jarrett's previous post.

I'm guessing only Moderators and Administrators can do that, because well, they can pretty much do whatever they want :]
