Here's a sorta monologue thing I wrote a while back. I write poetry and other writings in my spare time sometimes when I'm not composing or playing games or something. I've posted some poetry on FC, but not many people saw it or said anything about which was kinda disheartening. But anyways, here it is. And I may post some more in the near future as well, enjoy.

Dream...

A man can dream...
Yes, a man can most certainly dream.
Yet with but a single dream,
Is a man...
Capable of weaving the future?
Capable of dawning the new age?
Capable of love...?

Dreams are like a fine fabric,
An intensely fine fabric.
Dreams are made of this fine fabric.
With one small action,
A wave of a finger,
A flick of the wrist,
The fabric that is your dreams may be weaved
Into something of incomprehensible beauty.
But following the same process,
The fabric that is your dreams may be crushed,
Shattered, destroyed in a heartbeat...

I'm somewhat of a dreamer, you could say.
A man of high hopes.
A man of my heart, and what my heart believes in.
My heart can be quite stubborn, I must admit.
Holding on to dreams that are quite clearly unreachable.
However,
Even with such a stubborn heart,
There are times where I do not question it,
And simply trust what it tells me.
It does not lose sight of things with haste,
Yet do I give it hell?
No.
I believe that there is rhyme to my hearts reason,
And reason for the hopes and dreams
That my heart vividly believes in.

Someday,
Somewhere,
Somehow,
My hearts dreams will prevail.
For I believe in my heart,
And my heart believes in the one thing it truly desires most.
And that one true desire is simply that.

That is really good! Way better then anything I could do, I think I will stick with GFX :P

Yeah, I suppose writing isn't easy for everyone, but stuff just comes to me. It's pretty cool. I'll hopefully get around to posting some more poetry and such later. =D

Wow, thanks =) I'm glad to see my work has got such good feedback from all of you. I suppose I'll post some more of my work soon. I'm a little busy right now, though.
