weight lifting is exercise....but i have a lot of strength in my legs.
I play soccer/tennis. Lots of running.
my upper body strength is pretty bad.
I can do 28 pushups if i go up every four seconds.
I can also do 7-9 pull-ups :\
and im 5' 11" mebe 5' 12" and 140 lbs.
