Custom CSS is a code that you use in your profile. It makes the profile unique with different colours. If you go to my profile you can see that the theme is blue and white with a crossed cursor.
It's pretty hard to code, but our own Xray has a thread with CSS requests HERE. That's where I got my CSS code from. Do you know where to put your CSS code?

It's a bunch of codes, to turn your profile into pretty colors! :P
Yeah, ask pretty much anybody that has profile colors to make you one.

There's a gaming related CSS Gallery somewhere around the forum, that has premade CSS codes in it.
