I am sure that as of now, most people know of the newest Anime, Death Note. Whether its the awesome characters, great storyline, or the many twists and turns in the show, you will be glued to the seat for the 30 minutes it shows every Saturday night at 12:30.

Well here it is guys, the Official Discussion Thread for Death Note. I know it took some time, but it took some time for me to finally build up enough anticipation to make this.

So discuss the show, tell us your favorite character, guess what will happen next, the ideas are endless!

Ok, so I just got done watching tonights episode of Death Note, and I must say it suprised the heck out of me. First Mellos partner dies, then Mello himself suffers the same fate. I find it hard to believe one of the biggest antagonists of the show is now dead. It was a crazy episode and it seems that Light cannot be defeated..Opinions?

Umm what station is it on? I don't watch much TV. And if I do I watch one channel. So yeah lol. I'd like to know because my cousin is obsessed with stuff like that. I'll tell my cousin about it. And maybe I'll watch it. My brain isn't thinking right today so I can't word sentences that great =?

Uhmm...I watched one ep, when L died, odd....

Basically, I'm confused with the series

Mello wasn't that big of an antagonist. He was mostly Near's speed bump, but that's about it. Other than that it's still suprising. It's like with L.. I knew they would kill him off, but I kinda didn't want it to happen.

Oh and Ich, for those who aren't up-to-date on the current episodes yet, give a * SPOILER * warning so they aren't bombarded with suprise info.

Basically Death Note pits the Main Character as the bad guy of the show. This kind of show is one of those, Thinking ones. Namely because both of them counter act each other so well they end up reading each other movements, plots etc. I absolutely love this anime because it's so unique, plus I found it quite shocking what happened at the very end of the series.
