Yeah I'd beat him down for even saying that... The only thing that has ever said sonic was in melee was a "April fools" joke by a gaming magazine lol

I never unlocked him and i have pretty much beaten that game inside and out, but there could be something i am missing like get 1,000,000,000 KO's

no he isnt cuz only just recently, nintendo purchased the rights to use sonic. plus my friend is a hacker and game programmer so if sonic and tails were out there, even in a hacked version, he'd know.

I heard a rumor that to get Sonic and Tails you have to kill 20 people on cruel melee. I didn't believe it, but I tried it. I was only able to kill 13. But still, that is hard!

Yup that would have been false aswell. Ive gotten 100+ kills on cruel melee using the samus glitch =P.
