I also have troubles. I need a WEP code which I dont know how to get, and I also can't connect it just won't let me.

It's probably norton.
I have the connecter,and norton,but no problems occured for me.
What version of norton do you have?

WEP for the Nintendo USB Connector? I never heard of that,Unless your trying to connect to a router,I suggest you look around the router.
