My rules are simple!
1.Requests will only be taken here! Don't PM or pager me or requests WILL be ignored.
2.Give me theme you want just asking for a signature and not telling me what you want in it will also be ignored.
3.Please don't hound me bout when I'll have your signature done, because remember I'm the one making it for you for free so please have patience.
4. Only 2 request will be taken at a time. I also work on SOTM for two sites, so I may be busy.

5. DON'T TAKE CREDIT FOR THE THINGS I MAKE!!!
6. Also depending on how active you are on wu, depends on how fast I'll get it done.

Those are some nice sigs you have there Jeff. I can't give you the criticism of a GFX artist, but as an unexperienced person of the graphics world, they look great.
