I don't want one, as I can make my own as you know, but I'd love to give you advice :D
Ok, so I think you should make the dimensions of your signatures larger. Larger is much easier to work with, and it gives you more room for a more complex and defined background to show.
Also, always make your renders have two or three matching colors with the background. This makes the signature flow more and look more professional.
I think you should download more complex brushes. They'll give your signatures more flavor.
Try the second way of making a border instead of the single black border, which is select all, stroke selection, black line pixels at 8, repeat, with white and pixels at 6, and repeat, with black again and pixels at 4. Then set this layer to screen or soft light and it's a nice new border.
Last thing is to define your renders more. Posting just one layer of the signature isn't enough. Post a second one, and then go to Blur>Gaussian Blur. Set it to 13, and then blur. Then take the blurred layer and set it to a setting that makes it better, for example, burn is a good one, but you usually have to go back in and change the shadows by making it lighter from the color menu.
Lots of advice, hope you take it to heart with GIMP. :]
