Newest. There's a tut, but I didn't follow it because I can't afford it D:
Tried to get a similar effect by trying random stuff, came out well. Need to fix the flow on the top corners.


Gradient>Smudge>Sharpen>Filter>Finshed. Pretty good result


Never finished this sig, couldn't work out what to do with it
