hello from the DC area & I have a question
Hello Guys,
I am newbie to this forum and found this site to be very helpful. It seems like all the gamers here are very helpful looking at the forum. I came here searching for an answer and it may have been answered before. I just could not find it and sorry for asking again.
I was one of the lucky guys to get a Wii at Best Buy (3 months ago) and ever since, it was extensively used by me and my 5 yr old. However, I am not sure what happened over the last few weeks but my remote number 1 doesn't point to the screen anymore. I don't believe it is the batteries because I put some new ones in and it still does not point. The last time I played, it was vaguely pointing (on and off)....
How would I go about trouble shooting it
Also, How would I make my remote number 2 as remote 1.
Any help is highly appreciated..
cheers
Wii fan

lol i had the same problem..
go to options then change ur sensitivity... default is 3 but u probably need 2...
if u point at teh screen and see mroe then 2 lights, ur senetivity is 2 strong..
and to make remot number2 number 1 hit the ome button and hit reconnect, then hit 1+2 on the 2nd controller and it will be reconnected as number1...
any way i hope taht helped....

This always happens to me, what I do is I clean the len, clean the sensor bar, go to the wii settings and do that + and - thing, or I just charge it.

Have you tried to reconnect them? There's a red button on the Wii console(I believe its called sync) , and when you press the red button on the wii remote(which is located where you put the batteries) it should work. I hope this solves your question.
