I've been looking for jobs that r hiring & will allow 13 year olds. But I can't find any good. I don't want anything like babysitting, paper route, mowing lawns, etc. Too plain for me. I want something that's more of a JOB. Reply or PM me if anyone has a good idea. Thanks!!

You could try walking dogs, paint other people's houses, but you may require a permit or check the laws in your area for a real job.

Well man, really those are your only options that I can think of. You can try and get a job at a fast food resturant if you want, which is what I did. But also what I did was go to my community center and sign up to umpire baseball games like T-ball. I am not sure if you guys have that but it is so simple and it is easy money so look into that.

All I really can tell you is Paper Boy, actual jobs working in buildings require at least to be 14, or 15 in most cases.
