if paratroopa is in the game then maybe paratroopa. In MKDD i liked paratroopa better. But now im starting to think koopa is the turtle pimp

Well there are a confirmed 12 character unlockable roster and 12 starter, we know all the starters, maybe Paratroopa is one of those 12, im sure he is.

well i love to have a LOT of unlockables but this is still good.
Brawl only has like 11 unlockables :\

24 characters is the most a Mario Kart game has ever had, MKDD had only 20.

well i mean it could have 8 to start with and have 16 unlockables
