Graphics get polished up near the end of the game's creation, dont worry, in motion it seems better and in real life

Different aspects of Nintendo do different Graphics wise. For example Sakurai worked on Brawl where the graphics are incredible. But this game was developed by a different part of Nintendo so the game isn't as great for graphics.

Well you can't expect Nintendo to have one guy working on all games. Shigeru Miyamoto works on games like Mario and Zelda, Sakurai works for Brawl etc. Every developer can't produce the same as another, they all produce games differently.
