Okay for all us members who remember Credits, can we get them back?:confused: It's been at least 3 months since we last had them.:bored: I really wanted those to work out, it kept me very active.
So can someone tell me the deal on these things? :justno:

I agree with POOKEEMANZ RuLE. It will make people spam by quoting long posts in the Fan Fiction forum for example & I see no use of it at all. I wasn't here when this was around. So, I'm not sure what to think about this expect seeing no use for it.

Isn't that what Mods are for?

It makes people active, and it was a good idea. We could get like cooler Profile things, or maybe an award for reaching an amount.

Thats what I was trying to say for my argument on why our posts should count in General Discussions.

But then again we might need more mods to police this place if people are going to start spaming for whatever you guys are talking about.

Let me inform a little then.

Credits were points we got for posts. (About 3 credits per post) The longer the post, the more credits you got. It made people want to put Longer posts. Then again...it also made people spam. If you collected enough credits, you were able to buy something like a new background for your profile or something along that line. Unfourtunitly... we never made it that far. They said they may bring it back someday.

So that pretty much sums it up. All I am asking is if we will ever have it again.

I like that idea, and I think it SHOULD come back! Now I know I'm gonna start seein mods and old timers of these forums be like "But Niiiikkko people will start spaming [/whining tone]+[/sacrastic tone]"

Well maybe instead of trying to shut down the idea we can perhaps brainstorm on how we can get this thing to work without people spaming. I'm willing to brainstorm with you guys, we could come up with ideas if you guys ARE willing too!^^

Then if we finally run out of ideas, we can put this to rest. But so far putting this "Credit" thing back into labor sounds great, and I'm will to help put it back. Besides brainstorming on fourms isn't that hard right? (Or is it?!?!??):confused:

Spam section? Isn't that why we have general discussions? And I dunno, I never really got the humor in the spam sections of other fourms. People were just so random that it was stupid.
