I see too many users that just signed up that come from the site "Friendcodes.com" getting promoted to moderator in like two days. I'm not trying to be a ass. But Jack can be an example. Are they promoted toward friendship or real help to the Wiiusers community?

This is just a question. I agree with any of the Staff members why they are promoted or not.

No I was promoted for many reasons actually.
I was staff at friendcodes.com
I have experience.
I am mature.
I am great with helping out.
I come up with great ideas for forums.
I have a sharp eye.

I feel this thread is a bit foolish... also you threw Jack under the bus there.
But I know that many of the moderators that have been chosen have been here for quite some time and are quite mature. Not everyone meets your description. The moderators have been chosen properly.

Not saying Jack isn't a great guy. Just saying that I do see some lack in the choosing of Moderators. Everyone in the Staff is great here. But I'm just saying that they get chosen way too early. But I am not talking about Moderators that have been here for a while. Since I do see some dedication in their work and they earned their reputation (i.e Jules,Yamato,Kairi,Sora and other people I forget.)

Well, you see, I do understand your point. And it would be unfair if someone was chosen only because they're on staff for another site. However, I do think that because some have been on a staff before that they do obtain experience, which is important. So you do have something here, Ketchum.

Very true, I do see some understandment on your point as well. But I also have experience as a Moderator,Admin and Mini-mod. But those were way back like last year. Just trying to say that we should get to know everybody before we choose someone as a Moderator.

well, maybe they have "experience" but that doesn't really mean anything. All the staff at friendcodes have "experience" but i ALWAYS hear complaints on how they think they can do anything thy want and not care about members.
