I really doubt the plug-in idea will ever come... i mean they have had the ability to do that ever since the Turbo Graphix 16 (i gots me one of them lol xD) and sure its much more ideal for us as consumers but they want our money! And we will always buy the next best console for the novelty of it.

If we all wanted a system we could upgrade, we'd all stick with our home PC's... Now thats where Xbox has the advantage! They already know the inevitability of the amalgamation of Console and PC!

Well looking at a console made by Nintendo and Sony MINUS looking at the cost of games, I still think it would be savage.

But when you add the fact that the price of games will most likely go up and the awkwardness of Sony and Nintendo yes it does suck. Again though, I'd imagine a consol made by both companies combined would have beastly features. Thats why I thought it would be cool.

EDIT: The 1st part didn't make any sense to me...the second part, well i think they should start doing that. I don't really wanna keep getting new consols. Yeah, its nice to get somthing with better features and cooler designs but I like the updating idea.
