It looks semi convincing, but you can tell that they are fake. Especially when you get to the characters list.

Well there's no such thing as a smash bros. for the ds but there is one that is very similar thats only in Japan. Its called Jump Ultimate Stars, it plays a lot like smash bros. but it has many of its rules. I was just thinking about it and felt that I should mention it and I already imported it a year ago so I posted a overview and review on my blog if anyone is interested.

I'll say, they had the same things for Brawl and those were fake, but even if they are fake, the cover looks pretty realistic.
