itwas also in GCN DD it was toad/toadettes special.

but my fav is the bullet when ur in 9th and far behind in the second pack u can get back to the first pack.. if i am having a bad race it usualy saves me.

BUT i usualy don't get teh boost at the start just so i can get a better item in the back thenn i rush infront of everyone (usualy iwht gold mushy ^^)

I know its not new, and some people will disagree, but my favourite item is the triple banana. When you are in 1st place, it is great to have 3 shell blockers, and not have to worry about holding them on

Bullet Bill And Invincibility Star Ftw!

The cloud is the best. It is so entertaining to see the way people react to it infront of you ( I had one guy just dive right of the side to avoid it ). Then seeing what they do after you pass it to them. Makes me laugh everytime even if it gets passed back to me and I get knocked down to last.

I think the best possible combo is having 3 bananas and a mushroom..The three bananas trailing behind you. You are completely invincible. It has happened to me only twice, but I knew when I had that combo the race was over.... (I had the three bananas from first place, then dropped to third and got a mushroom, then made it back to first...)

However, as far as new items goes, bullet bill is sweet!
