I think everone picks dry bones because he's the best character to snake with.

Well, it's true about his car, the Dry Bomber, but I use Bowser with that car, because once you progress far enough into the game, you can be any character with any car.

I used Yoshi and the Egg 1 well before I learned that Snaking existed.

Now I know it's the best car for snaking. :) I snake with the Egg 1!

Anyway, lots of people use lots of different characters - You just have to play 'em.
