[center] ![]() User Groups Some people may have a hard time understanding what the user groups are here on WiiUsers. This section will help you understand everyones role on this website. Site Administators- Mikus & Schizophrenic Mikus - First and foremost, this person runs the website, on the exterior part of WiiUsers. Don't get what I mean? Ever notice the Layout, all the nifty little icons and features you get on here? That is done by him. He also play a major role on this website and should only be approached if there are any major website issues or problems. Schizophrenic - Pretty much is a general Administrator, besides the fact that he does the inside work on the awards system. But don't worry, Jarrett will still be managing everything on the outside of that, if you know what I mean. Forum Administrators- Pit, Jarrett & Kiba Second of all, these people manage all Forums, awards, usergroups, users and much more. Only contact these Forum Administrators if you have major problems regarding any of these issues. Chief Editors- Jules & Yamato These people come the next in line, they are responsible for both aspects of the website. , Graphics and Media. But just as they help each other run both categories of WiiUsers, each of them play a specific role. Also they are Global Moderators, so you may ask them any questions pertaining to them (See Global Moderators below) Jules- He is the main person to go to when it comes to questions or concerns about the Media Team. Make sure you ask him only if it concerns that in particular. Yamato- He is the main person to go to when it comes to questions or concerns about the Graphics Team. Make sure you ask him only if it concerns that in particular. Don't forget to remember this information. The two of us run both groups, but each of us are in charge of our respective group. Global Moderators- Jeffy & TehLink What's after the Chief Editors? Global Moderators of course. They patrol the forums making sure that every member follows the rules, and are not restricted to certain forums. All issues with Members or threads should be reported to them. Local Moderators- BATMAN, duke_fan13, Kairi, Smith & SuperT And what's after the Global Moderators? Local Moderators of course. These guys/gals are like a Global Moderator except for that they are restricted to patrolling one part of the site instead of all of it. They each control their area making sure members follow the rules. An issue with a member or thread in an area where one of them are present should be reported to them. Graphics Team- Bluestrat, Kairi, Link & TehLink These people are responsible for any and everything Graphics related. They do things like banners, signatures, buttons, awards, basically anything that has to do with Image making. Yamato (see Chief Editors to view his information) is the head of this group. Media Team- Ichigo, KirbyPunk, CosGrove, Sora & Toxic These people are responsible for all the writing material on WiiUsers. Material such as Articles, Reviews, Guides, talk to them if you want a certain article, review, or guide written. Jules (see Chief Editors to view his information) is the head of this group. Site Features Featured Awards- Handed out on a specific time, members are rewarded for various different achievements that have been met on the website. Virtual Console- Need to know what Virtual Console games are out? Check out this handy feature, it shows you a list of several Virtual Console games that have been released, or recently released. Nintendo Tunes- You can't have a Nintendo Wii site without the music. Check this feature out for classics like the Super Mario Bros theme and much more! Listen for hours on end, while you do your homework. Or maybe even playing a game. Nintendo Mii Tags- This feature allows you to create a custom Mii, of yourself or anyone in general, something to cure your boredom, take a look! Arcade- Definitely a must see, are you missing your gaming fix while on the computer? Check out the Arcade. See if you can score the highest of the Website and rank number one! Podcasts- Definitely a must hear, our weekly podcasts inform members of Nintendo news, game reviews, site updates, and member questions. Special guests from the site are always showing up and it is a very entertaining way to spend an hour or two. Important Threads you should see. (A continuing process) All around WiiUsers there may be important threads you may not catch, Check out the following links below that you should keep aware of and often. Wiiusers.net Guidelines- Know the rules, check out this thread before you go on in the forums and explore, it is quite important. Forum News & Additions- The place where you will frequently be updated on what is going on around the forums as well as new additions that may be added. Keep in touch with it. WiiUsers.net FAQ- The need to know about general information about the forums, such as what are Infractions etc. How To Give Reputation- All information on Site Karma/Reputation is found here. Communications Around The Site When you decide to start editing your profile with custom layouts, avatars, signature, it might get a little complicated for some. That's where the communications area comes in. You can use this for just about anything, talking with friends, discussing a problem with a staff member, anything. But there are certain ways that you can communicate around the site as follows: E-mail: Send a message by sending it to there email address. Example - wiiuser@yahoo.com Private Message: Send a private message to a user, in which will be found by that specific user in their WiiUsers.net message box. Pager Message: A message system that instanious, relating to, somewhat, instant messaging. Looking for a quick reply? Well this is the way to do it. The message is sent immediately upon sent. Posting in a Forum is also a way to communicate with people, but these ways of communicating make it better for people the need privacy in there conversations. Forums It isn't that hard to to find what topic goes where. This is the basic layout of the WiiUsers Forums. Site Announcements & News This is where the staff keeps you updated on what's happening on WiiUsers. Latest Nintendo News & Reviews This section is where articles and reviews, from the Media Team, will be posted. Nintendo Articles The Nintendo Articles section is where the Media Team keeps you updated about the latest Nintendo news. Nintendo Reviews The official Nintendo game reviews are in this section. The reviews are written by the Media Team. The WiiUsers Lounge General Discussions This section is for discussions about anything non- gaming related.
