Hmmm...I was gonna buy it, but opted for Kirby on the NES instead.
But, if people say it's good, (which they do) then I might buy it.

I've played it before on the Gameboy, but not on the VC. It was a pretty fun game, but I can't think of a game it relates to best.. maybe Metroid (the old ones of course) or Castlevania... Not so much LoZ.

I know I'm a little late in on this topic, like usual, but I just wanted to say, no matter how much I love this game, it's just WAY too hard. I try and try but fail horribly. I'm very sick of the little jingle you hear when you die....

Kid Icarus is a MUST for anyone with a Wii who is planning on getting SSBB. It is not only one of the greatest games from the good ole 8-bit era, it is a must have. That game, along with others (like the original Metroid, Legend of Zelda, Ghouls and Ghosts, etc.) shows new gamers what exactly we old timers had to deal with, and how why we b@%#% and moan about how games today are so easy. The NES era is still the greatest and you will never change this old-timers mind about it hehe.

I don't have any Wii points,plus I don't play VC games that much.

Well then I guess that would make the Atari my baby but God I would rather shoot my left you know what off before declaring that. The NES is the best and really if you do not like it you do have to acknowledge that it started the re-revolution in video gaming and if it was not for the NES there would be no Wii, 360, or PS3, or any handhelds.

I know where you are coming from but every generation should play games from where it all started like Pong, SMB, Zelda, Metroid, and Kid Icarus.
