how do u unlock the mii in mkwii. i want to be him but i can't. please, someone tell me

Beat the 100cc Special Cup...to get the Special Cup win the Star Cup...To get the Star cup win the Flow and Mushroom cup. There are two Mii uniforms as well. I don't recall how to unlock them.

 There's only 2 Mii Uniforms? DANG IT! I already have the first Mii Outfit but it's gonna take forever to get the 2nd.BTW, how do u unlock Staff ghosts?
