Well the Wii Wheel is just a plastic(rubber) housing.

Mario Kart needs a Gas, Break, jump, and a fire button.

Maybe use the 1 and 2 buttons for Gas and Jump, A for firing. The Dpad Left and right can cycle through powerups? Up and shoot and Down can brake.

Kinda wierd but could work. I just don't know how responsive the tilting is.

I have 4 wiimotes, 4 nunchucks, all have nerf covers, 4 classic controllers, and a Battery recharger, Having a job rocks!!!!

u can use GC controller... i was reading the IGN review after they got 2 play it. and they say all the 4 way's to play (like in brawl) are implemented. they even goa s far as telling you what controles u used to set records!

^^ Thank you, confirmed control opitions by Nintendo: GC controller, Wiimote + nunchuck, wiimote on its side, wii wheel, and classic controller.

Nintendo made every control an option for MKW, because quote "now anyone from any perspective can enjoy Mario Kart Wii any way they feel comfortable."
