Kid Icarus, whose main character is known as Pit in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, was a game released on the Nintendo Entertainment system. The game then was added to the Wii's Virtual Console where Wii gamers all around truly admired it. Well last week, some interesting rumors surfed the web about Factor 5 making a new Kid Icarus game for the Nintendo Wii.

Ex-Nintendo developer Factor 5 (who was temporarily broken up with Nintendo) and Nintendo are once again working together. Reports say that Factor 5 is developing an exclusive game for the Nintendo Wii.

Reliable sources say that this new Wii game is in fact a new installment in Nintendo's cherished Kid Icarus franchise. It has also been said that the game will not use one of the developer's previous GameCube graphics engines.

Nintendo and Factor 5 hasn’t commented or confirmed this rumor. So still consider the news rumored.
