Brawl Affecting Mario Kart Wii?

Ok, so everyone is pretty bummed about the holdup on Brawl, its affecting people all over the world. Japan has it, they play it, whats the hold up?

Well even if we knew the holdup, the fact still remains that if and when they get this game released, Mario Kart Wii's release date will probably be held back.

Productions for Super Smash Brothers Brawl began in early 2007, leaving Mario kart Wii on hold until they were finished and ready to reveal the most anicipated game of the year. Nintendo, being as great as they are, decided to take on two productions at once, giving the ok to start the works on Mario Kart Wii.

At E3, they promised that Mario Kart would be out, 2008, first half of the year. Now, this is all fine and dandy, but as reports came in that certain fans of Brawl would not buy the game because of the decision to rid of all clones and some classic characters, they start to sweat. Holding off the release of Brawl on Dec. 3, 2008, they continue productions on Brawl to add events, and game modes.
