Super Smash Brothers Brawl has been selling out in Japan! When it hit the stores it sold out very quickly in less than a week. The game has sold over one million copies in the last two weeks! Brawl sold 500,000 copies on its first day, so the shelves were being emptied by the SSB fans. The Mantan Web columnist, Taketo Matsuo, was right about his expectation a week ago when it sold over 500,000 copies. Wii Fit had sold it's million copies in seven weeks. Wii Sports took eleven weeks to reach that goal. Super Smash Brothers Brawl is one of the fastest selling games for the Nintendo Wii. What will happen when SSBB is released in North America? Well, only time can tell. I'm not very surprised on how many they sold because it's SSBB; a game mostly everyone is looking forward too! I think Brawl will be sold out for awhile, but I also think that Nintendo is making great progress. They may be using this time to make more copies, considering how much Japan has sold. Maybe other countries' store shelves will empty as well.
