Well it turns out that theme song was supposed to be in Brawl, but due to a similarity towards the Russian Composer Georgy Vasilevich Svindov's theme The Winter Road. The theme was pulled out.

It's crazy how similar these two songs sound and since The Winter Road came first it was evident they could not have it in Brawl, and will most likely pull the main theme song from their upcoming game Metal Gear Solid 4.

When Hideo Kojima heard about this he could not believe it himself and was literally surprised at how very similiar they clashed.
