Super Smash Brothers, a name now well known throughout the World. First released for the Nintendo 64, the simple project has turned into an incredible phonomenon. As the years have went by, Nintendo has worked harder on finding new ways we can enjoy the "friendly" fighting game. Well this review will start out with the Gameplay.
Gameplay:
When you see a Super Smash Brothers title, you are expecting the best, correct? Well Super Smash Brothers Brawl delivers this and more. With the original all out Brawl, to the Classic and Events mode, Super Smash Brothers Brawl has kept its original spice. If this is not enough for you brawling enjoyment, why don't you check out the brand new addition to the game, The Subspace Emmisary. The Subspace Emmisary is a new adventure for all the brawlers, as you must play through 8 HOURS of amazing story and gives you an all out experience to test out all characters, it is a must play.
For all that hoped, and for all that expected it, well its on the game, and its amazing! Thats right, I am talking about Nintendo Wifi Connection for Brawl. The online portion of the game introduces the friendcode engine once again where you can battle friends from all the way across the country, for it is seperated into regions of play. The only problem I saw with the online play was the lag with stages that had more than just the fight going on. Other than that, online was a great addition to the game!
Graphics:
Now, Nitendo titles are usually not "upbeat" with rivals such as Sony and Microsoft, but this was very suprising to see once I popped in the incredible Brawl. If you have HD Television, the graphics show that Nintendo is finally starting to show signs of great gameplay and graphics. The stages are a very unique add, as you and your friends will be introduced more moving levels, and insanely cool graphical stages, for all to enjoy. If you don't have HD, don't worry, Super Smash Brothers Brawl still has much to show for the original television.
Sound:
Like what you would expect from Super Smash Brothers, the soundtrack on here is simply amazing! With over 250 tracks of nothing but Nintendo related games, beautfiully orchestrated might I add, is a great thing to listen to if your taking a break from the many things to do on the game. Perfect sounds through the game, great song choices, an A+ in my opinion!
Replay Value:
Brawl, in my opinion, is one of the greatest replay games out on the market at this time. I have over 50 hours of Gameplay on mine, and I still anticipate the wait while I am at school. There are many things to do to always keep you busy, for single and even multiple players. I couldn't imagine Anything that would not be replayable on this game and thats what makes Brawl such an awesome game!
Overall:
Overall, I give this game a perfect
5/5, and even if the game says: "The Brawl To End Them All!", I hope this is not true. I the ratings of this game from personal opinion are as follows:
Gameplay: 5
Graphics: 4
Sound: 5
Replay Value: 5
Overall: 5/5
Perfect!!!
