Has this happened to anyone else?
Ok, I rented Guitar Hero III and after playing for an hour or so, my left hand was very sore. It never even gets this sore when I play my real guitar. The game is great and very addictive (I keep telling myself I will just do one more song and then turn it off) but does anyone else's hand get sore from playing it?

My friend has it but never has had this problem. You may probably be holding it at a certain angle maybe.
