I've debated about this for a bit, and decided this. Although Jiggly CAN be good if you use him right, he's not the best in the game, but he's above average. So yes, I like Jiggly.

I only play as Jigglypuff to pwn my cousins until they finally get better. But I still don't actually like or dislike Jiggly. I just think that there are enough pink balls in the games.
