Speed, Power, or Balanced? If you haven't played melee, pick what you think will be best :-P.

I'm going to go with power or balanced.

When I play, it's all about speed. That's why I love using Marth, as he is quick, and in SSBB videos Lucario and Pit seem sufficiently quick... I couldn't perform my best without speed on my side

Speed is very useful, for dodging fleeing or just being plain out tricky. So fast characters are teh pwn.

well power characters suck cuz they are usually the worst characters in the game. So i voted for balanced (falco)

i love using link, he is not slow but not fast, and he has really good attacks, his final smash kind sucks though
