I got that question from a xbox 360 forum i just replaced the 360 part with Nintendo Wii:D (The xbox 360 looks darn cool though to)

But what do you guys think really? Do you think nintendo will have many great years of gaming for the Wii?

I don't own a Nintendo Wii or Gamecube or Nintendo DS/Nintendo DS Lite (Although i'm thinking about getting the Nintendo Wii since i wanted one when i first saw it at launch the Wii remote etc) Once my girlfriend and me FINALLY! get our own place and Apartment since we we're both old school nintendo gamers growing up getting the Wii for her and me. But until then i'm just wanting to know what you guys think about nintendo and since it's next gen video gaming launch.

I think this year in gaming for the Wii will be fairly great... what with the long anticipated release of SSBB and MKW finally ending. Those two games alone are enough for me, really, as far as the Wii games go. Also there's all the virtual console games yet to come, and the few new channels that they will be adding to the Wii. Also, GH3 is a great and fun game, and you will soon be able to download songs via the Wii for the game. This is all only a fraction of what we know is coming from Nintendo for the Wii... many great things to come for Wii owners, such as myself. :)

SSBB and Mario Kart Wii will be enough by itself to ensure an above average year by themselves. Along with king's story and all of the wiiware being released, there have to be a few gems in there somewhere, so I think this year will be very good.

MKW and SSBB will fill this year. Then Animal Crossing Wii and Kirby for the Wii and Mario Baseball for the Wii will also help next year.

I'd say yeah, that the Nintendo wii will have a pretty good year this year, with Super Smash Bros Brawl, Mario Kart Wii,Mario Superstar Baseball, Wii Fitness,and who knows what else is coming out for the wii this year.:):D;)

In my opinion, Nintendo is more like a fun system, Microsoft is more like killing and stuff oh and 360 breaks down alot... get a wii!

I think right now the Wii is doing good with Brawl & Mario Kart Wii. But it could go either way. While we still wait for Wii Fitness, what else will keep us occupy us besides Brawl & MKW? I believe the Wii, along with Nintendo, will have a little bouncy year depending on the games they sell & at what times.

Thanks everyone for your guys feedback and what you guys think the Nintendo Wii will have for gaming for the year and what the Nintendo Wii will bring for the gaming industry for the next gen systems. Like i said i don't have a Nintendo Wii right now and i'm def looking forward to buying one when i can:). I have the money for one right now but my saving up is going towards bigger plans for right now.

Keeping on topic with my question for this thread

Do you think we'll see alittle bit more mature related games this year coming out for the Wii? I mean for Nintendo Wii to push the bar alittle now with thier next gen system

Kind of like the game No More Heros (Which i've seen Youtube video's of) and that looks amazing and fun!

Mature games (most likely) won't ever be common on a nintendo console, however, there will be a couple each year from third parties mostly.
