at first,this didn't bother me
but now it's suddenly geting to me
waaaaay to many ppl use ike @_@
in most ike matches i've had,out of 3 stock,i ushally have 2-3 lives
(of course,if i have 3,im at 150%ish lol)
but i don't think i've ever seen wario,or bowser,or peach ect.
what do you think?
oh,and if your supporting ike,don't just say he owns...

Well personally I also use Ike a lot, but while he's slow, he does have strong forward smashes, and his attacks aren't completely molasses speed either. I also haven't seen many characters like Wario or Peach about, probably because I'm guessing they would take a lot of practice to use effectively.

well most importantly you have to remember, Brawl attracted a lot of players that had never heard of Smash till now. The main characters people will use are Pit, Metaknight, Snake, Sonic, and Ike, mainly because these were the most focused on. Ike is annoying, but very, very easy to doge and hit..

oh i know
the only thing that ever gets my anymore is his up Speical
ushally i can get ppl to use his final smash with out hiting me
flooting about his head with pit lol
but ya,i don't see much snake or sonic either .-.

Ike is frequently used because he is by far the best character. His attacks have large range, fast attacks, strong attacks, great recovery, etc
His attacks can even kill you with 40-60%. People have found this out and they suck at the game so they have to use Ike to be anything close to good.

every other person I face on bral is snake or sonic hehe, and yea I understand. I use luig, and when I notice a smash attack being brought forth I simply doge roll behind him grab him and throw him, and aerial combo him all day..its quite simple..

Can't disagree with that, though it's not like Ike is instantly dead if he misses. If anything I am really seeing a lot of Pikachus, and all they do is spam Thunder. And people think a FE character spamming Counter is bad...

Yea, ever since people complained about kirby and luigi and others like peach and jigglypuff, no one has really been using these characters. I put my life on it anyone that says jigglypuff sucks I can beat or get close to beating them using that character. No character sucks, it just depends on how you play with them.

Adn lol, it is pretty funny :P
