I used to...once.

I don't any more - it's basically just ads for parents to buy their kids now. That's why you see all the little fliers in the games, and then they see "OoooooOOh! Free game guide! Mommy! Get me this! NOW! :P". That kid just bought about 1000 ads for the next year. :P

I got it back when it wasn't nearly as crappy, and they actually had decent guides and info about games people like. Now it's all just "Perfect" reviews of games that don't deserve it.

Anyway, that's my opinion.

I get it. I like it too. Let's me know a few things about Brawl and games that are comming out. It's great, I think.

I've been a subscriber for 2 years, almost 3, and it's awesome. They're funny but still serious and the reviews aren't biased, I don't care what other people say.

I agree. The reviewers on the Staff of Nintendo Power are nothing closed to Biased. If they were, some of the games I hate would have gotten terrible reviews, and the ones I like and are popular wouldnt, but thats the other way around. They Judge by how the game works, not by how the game is looked upon millions of Nintendo Fans.

I think it's CLEAR they don't bash a single one of their games. After all, what company in the world would bash it's own product? That's why it's biased.

Well now thats your opinion, and you are given that, but think about it. Look how many games are out for the Wii.....Most of them do suck and the public can see that. Nintendo Power DOES NOT create the games, therefore they are not going to give Alien Syndrome a perfect 10 out of 10 just because it's only for the Wii, and most games they review, yes are not the worst titles, there reviews are based on the game's actual sales for the previous month, the games with the highest sales, gets the reviews. And the popular titles like Galaxy, Olympic Games, And Mario Party, are going to get good reviews, which probably makes them look biased, but if you go to the website, you will see that they are far from it.

Luigi is exactly right. NP isn't even published by Nintendo of America anymore (It is now published by Future US). I'll re-sate what Luigi said, they don't make the games. It just so happens that most Nintendo made games are actually very good. If there's a bad Nintendo game, NP will probably give it a bad review.

I used to get it when it first was published and probably got it for about 5 years but then I stopped. Once I got my Wii, I decided to take advantage of that deal where you can register three Nintendo products and get 3 issues for free and have been getting it since. Was surprised they gave SSBB a 10/10. One thing I miss about it are the old comics they had with every issue (i.e. the Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, and of course, the Howard and Ness comics.)
