Problem with remote

Hi,
ive been having problems with my wii remotes and everytime i go to use i get to the main screen and i can uyse the + and - buttons but the cursors dont show up on the screen and im not sure if the sensor bar is working or weather there is somethine wrong with the remotes

I need all help i can get

hmmm try these things:

1. make sure the "sensor bar" is plugged in.
2. make sure your not too close or not too far from the "sensor bar."
3. make sure the "sensor bar" isn't blocked by anything.
4. and if other wiimotes are working but not that one, then try resyncing it.

and if none of these help then sry, that's all i can think up.

u should go to where ever u got ur wii and buy a new sensor bar,or if u get mad enough u could file a complaint and yell at them on the phone for hours

Yea I like Charlie's idea! No, but really just check to see if it is plugged in, see if there are any wire problems, check the actual sensor bar for damaging, same with remote. If the problem continues, try resyncing the remote and maybe it will work, but if it don't i'm out

a surefire way to see if your sensor bar is working is to look at the sensor bar through a digital camera... you should be able to see the 2 infared lights on each side... if one is burnt out you cant use the sensor bar


worst case scenario, take 2 small tea candles and place them on each end of the sensor bar (light them and they will act like a makeshift sensor bar)

That happened to me and I just moved the sensor bar out a little bit more it was to far back on the TV.
