Cannot read disc?

Hey guys,

I got my Wii last summer and I play on it once in a while. Everything worked fine until 1 or 2 months ago. My friend brought over her games and we were playing on my Wii when suddenly i got an error message saying something like: "error, cannot read disc...please refer to owner's manual." I was gonna look at the manual but i kind of lost it.

I tried other games and the same thing happens to all of them. The game starts running and all of a sudden, the same error message comes. Can someone please help me? I really want to play my new games. Thank you.

Your going to have to send your wii in for a "cleaning" I'd presume. This sounds like what happens when dust gets into the wii. It's free and it's fast.
