Paratroopa? Yeah, he definitely made it in, if Koopa Troopa is in, he's in. But I'm sure he's an unlockable.

The best mario karter has to be yoshi hands down, i've mained him since the days of the super mario kart.

Karters: Yoshi, Baby Luigi, Bowser Jr.

I loved Yoshi in Mario Kart DS....but I didnt like the fact that he was paired up with Birdo in MKDD....

agreed, but you never know with Nintendo. I mean, starfox wii and mario kart was very spontaneuos.
