when i play with my friends in ssbb all 4 of them play with different controllers (1 plays with classic, 1 plays with gc controller, 1 plays with wiimote & nunchuck, and the last person plays with just the wiimote)

but after every game we alternate controllers and i noticed that the person with only the wiimote 9 time out of 10 will lose....but when they get the classic or gc controller they will most likely win...so that made me curious 2 find out how my fellow wiiusers and brawlers play there ssbb.....

so vote on the poll which controller u play with, and u can also post things like how long it took you 2 get used 2 the controller, suggestions on using the controller, etc.



with me....i use the wii classic controller.....it took me about a week 2 fully get used 2 it (bcuz the a and b button is switched)....but i strongly suggest u get that or an gc controller.....but if u do use a classic controller and its your first time u might want to change the buttons around in the options menu (and by change the buttons i mean switch the a and b button around) and play like that...or just get used 2 the layout of the classic controller.....

Personally, I use the Gamecube controller. (Wavebird Wireless)
I'm just so used to the feel of that controller because of playing Melee so often, that I find that it is difficult for me to play to the best of my ability when using a wiimote or any other mode of playing.

Well I don't own a wii so I can only play when my friends come over. XP I use the game cube controller. I'm used to it so I find it easy to use by instinct. I don't like the wiimote because it's weird to use. o.O

I don't have the game (YET), but if I did I'd probably try the Wii Remote with the Nunchuk first, however I'd probably experiment with all the methods.

I would have to say GameCube just because it is really the purist form of playing Brawl to me. I cannot even imagine trying to play it with the Wii Remote or Remote and Nunchuk, and I guess some might like to use the Classic Controller, but it would not feel right to me not using the good ole GameCube controller, as long as it is not a purple one

Well I was using the Wii remote for a while but I found it VERY hard to bring out my smashes fast enough.

So I use the gamecube controller, cause I'm used to it's layout of buttons and controls from Melee. Plus the C stick on it makes it eaiser to pull out smashes in the nick (is that how you spell it?) of time.

Personally I think the gamecube controller is the best controller for brawl, mostly cause of the C stick.
