I think brawl did live up to it's hype, and more. Overall I say MKWii is a great game, but that brawl is just... I cant even describe it. It's in a league of its own.

Well Brawl is amazing and I have never played a game with so much Depth. Th eonline match making sucked but it would be better on Xbox live then Wi-Fi

{Spur of the moment Toad Mario Kart poem below! lol it is bad!}

Brawl is an awesome game. It has so many different things to do; you're never really done. It's also really hard to get bored of playing it.

I have yet to buy MKWii, but I have played it at the demo stations in store like Target and Best Buy and I do like it. But Brawl still beats it out.

Both games were great but I see Brawl being the far superior game of the two. Mario Kart does have a much better online gameplay but Brawl offers so much more then just simply being a fighting game. However, I feel that both games could have been much better then what they ended up being (especially Mario Kart) and that more could have been done to make them even greater.

even though i dont have neither i am getting mario kart and it is probably beter!

they are both totally different games so they cant be compared brawl online attempt was great, but it kills when ur in the middle of a important brawl and it says connection to player has been lost but brawl has much more features than wkw like stage builder. AWSOM.

Indeed they are two completely different games. So what it comes down to is what do you enjoy to do more? Fight, or drive around. I have not played MK much yet, but what more can you do? In brawl you have numerous things to complete. And if you get tired of just regular brawls you can got do the SSE and all the other minor things. Brawl just has more to offer.
