They don't get destroyed. After a while, the bags disappear, and between their arriva to the stage and the disappearence some bags will give off items. Also, you need to do this for more than ten minutes to receive results, and make sure that they are appearing at a high frequency. Then its sticker collecting galore!

Also you guys might wanna try this.. If you haven't gotten the coin challenges, set up a 15-20 minute or whatever coin match with 3 cpu's set on desired difficulty; 1 if you want stickers, 9 if you want to train while getting stickers. Turn off items completely. Stickers drop like crazy in coin matches. After 5 minutes I've got 17 stickers. Sometimes CD's drop too.

Fast way to get Stickers and CDs
All you have to do is make sandbag the only item, and put items on high.
Then you make a "CD Factory" in the custom stage builder. There are a variety of ways to make them. By doing this, i got 8 CDs in about 5 minutes :O
