Downloadable content?

I know Sakurai said there will definently not be any downlaodable content for Brawl. But I think we should sign a petition making them use downoladable content, I planed it all out (I will post as response to this post). It would really work, I think it could be like on Wiiware, 5 dollars each Expansion pack.

there is nothing to petition against...if they dont want to make it then they wont make it...a petition can't force them to do anything

Yeah Snake is right what would a petition do.. A petition is used for political kinda things like schools, business agreements, etc You can't force programers to make brand new programs for a game. So this wouldn't work at all.

Come to think of it, you already get download-able content.
You get maps that people created! xD
But seriously, even if there WAS download-able content for brawl, or any game, they'd have to be small, and uneffective to the gameplay.
If they charged for you to download things, and they released...I dunno, a character for a certain amount of points, the person who is fighting someone who has that character, can't play because he never has any Wii points.
Get what I'm saying? If it was a single player only game, then sure would be great to have DC. Or, making a Single Player game Multiplayer by downloading the upgrade. They've done that to Killzone liberation for the PSP.
