Final Smash Changes

Me and a friend tossed around a couple ideas about what would have been better for Toon Link and eventually we decided it would've been cool (and humorous) to have him do a longer and controlled version of the Whirlwind Spin Attack, dizzy at the end and all.

I was also thinking about the Luigi vaccum Final Smash. Maybe Fox or Falco could've called on some arwings to attack the other players insted of them all using landmasters.
