Help with Subspace Emissary-Great Maze

Can someone please help me? I have complete all levels completely(no flags) and I just completed the Great Maze. There are no flags on the great maze but none of the 4 crowns are lighting up either. I'm at 94% while I should be at 97%. What could this be? I would think there would be a flag if I didn't complete something entirely.

Have you recollected all of the character trophies that you had to get? That could be part of the reason.

but wouldn't there be flags indicating that I didn't get everything there? I don't think I forgot anything b/c I used a guide to get through it. Not positive though. Thanks

There would be no flags due to the character trophies being optional. Did you unlock all the hidden characters e.g Toon Link, Wolf and Jiggypuff in the Subspace Emissionary. That brings up 1 percent point each character I believe.

i unlocked all 3 AFTER sse so thats no it lol
