Hi, Just want share my thoughts regarding Opera browser.
Couple of thing I noticed when loading a pages:
1 Not enough memory. This is strange (even with 2GB SD card)
2. Only supports Flash 7 (Current 9)
3. Unable to use wireless keyboard directly on page forms

I understand that the 3 one may be hard to introduce but the 1 and 2 points
are straight forward. (Let assign browser memory - wii memory or SD) :confused:

For a one time purchase of 5$, you can't expect it to run like a full out internet on a brand new computer. Its basically just to quickly check things, and also as a gimmick. You aren't supposed to play games on the channel, thats what computers/wiis are for.

This is not $5 it's over $500 I spent on wii and accessories.
It's advertised as internet browser, so it schould deliver web browser.
If can't do it properly .. do start on the first place.
Then wii is a gimmick. I have plenty of issues with this console.
Do I asking much?

the wii is not a gimmick ur just overreacting like duke said this isnt supposed to be a replacement for your computer or no crap like that its just simply something to check things out on the internet

I never recall Nintendo going like "BUY WII AND BROWS THE INTERNET W/O A COMPUTER!!!"

Nor do I ever recall them actually even advertising the Internet Channel. Correct me if I'm wrong on this one.
