I just bought some domains

vviichat.com

vviichat.us (We Chat Us)

My research shows that Ajax chat clients work best in the Wii's Browser. Who wants to help build this thing?

I've already contacted several people with Ajax chat clients, if they would be interested in participating.

I would like to setup several chat rooms such as:

General
Mii Chat
Mario Strikers
Mario Kart
Pokemon
etc.

That way people can log on, chat, find a player, exchange codes, play.

What do ya say?

Great idea!But for now on this type of stuff must only be posted in the(my web site)forum:)

thatd be cool with the wii chat but im not sure ppl would just go there to c if there friends on and if there not they wasted there time but that is a good idea maby something similar on the message board like a IM kinda thing

Yea the wii chat is a good idea because i get tired of sending messages to my brother you know wii chat just seems so much easier, and i bet it would take as lil as no time to make, what they waiting on!!

The reasons for the Chat... aren't to see if your friends are on... its for finding anyone that is online and wants to play.

Not everyone is still in school, so finding someone to randomly play an online match with is limited.

The main purpose for the chat is to instantly find online players.

A forum won't work because its not instant. An IM client would... but again you have to have peoples user names to play. Its not random.

Chat is the only solution to see if check who is currently online and willing to play a specific game.

I'm done with the Nintendo Wii Chat.
