Mine would have to be Lost Winds, considering that's the only one I've bought xD

One my reasons happen to be the same as yours. Dr. Mario RX happens to be my only Wiiware game. My other reason happens to be that it brings back my old memories back in the day when my parents had the SNES with the original Dr. Mario.

I've only bought 2 atm. And the 2 that I have are:

Pokemon Ranch and Dr. Maro (and something else at the end of that title I think).

And I'd say my favorite is most likely Dr. Mario(something else at end of title =p)
