Well some few days ago I was playing around in the photo channel, I picked a picture and I pressed the down button then a circle appeared, inside the circle it was all pixels sorta things (only the part you were pointing at were doing that).
I was wondering what is it for?

Maybe it was the airbrush. Try it on Microsoft Paint. The same thing will happen, if you keep holding it down it should make a full circle.

Also...why couldn't you just fixed your typo instead of writing that you made one...

I don't think that there is a way to change the title of the Pic. You just gotta look at it and see what it is.
