The reason I'm creating this thread is because I have yet to find an organized location where people using Skype can exchange numbers and actually use voice chat as often as they play Mario Kart Wii.

I was one of the people who's computer was in the other room and Skype didn't make much sense at first, but then I found a plugin that allows a bluetooth headset to sync with my USB bluetooth adapter (from 100 meters away) in the other room; so now i'm stoked... we've got to get Skype going!

So then, if this sounds like a good plan to you too, please post up your Mario Kart Friend Code & Skype Name!

Well i picked up the Class 1 Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter yesterday: (this one) http://cdn.overstock.com/images/prod...1010576541.jpg $24

Then I put my cell phone head set in search mode (Class 2 motorola H700) http://www.digimartz.com/images/Phon...MotoH700_1.jpg

My computer found it then Skype recognized that I was using bluetooth and self updated.

For short range (10 - 20 ft) it works like a charm. I require a 100 foot solution so my H700 doesn't work that great. I need a Class 1 head set for some long range Skype gaming. I'll probably pick up the Callpod Dragon
